We offer a wide range of calibration services to meet the requirements from high volume engine and vehicle production facilities to individual specialist engine testing installations. To ensure we supply a service that meets the calibration tractability requirements, we offer a range of calibration levels. Calibrations are carried out using equipment with a traceable calibration and a certificate of calibration is supplied on completion. Calibrations to UKAS are also available.
Onsite calibrations.
On site calibration services are available for engine and rig testing facilities and chassis dynamometers. Most manufactures control and logging systems are catered for including: Schenck, AVL, Froude, TA, etc.
Instrumentation Calibrations.
This service includes most of the small instrumentation used in engine and vehicle testing facilities, i.e. Airflow meters, AVL smoke and opacity meters, blow by meters, water and oil flow meters etc. We hold a number of AVL smoke meters e.g. 415, 415S and 439 and a large range of laminar airflow meters (Meriam and Cussons) which we can supply while your equipment is being serviced/calibrated, see equipment hire section.
